Employees will be paid semi-monthly. Pay for the 1st through the 15th of each month will be paid on the last possible working day of the month. Pay for the 16th through the 31st of each month will be paid on the 15th.
Attach all leave slips to the employee's timesheet. The leave slip must be completed in its entirety. This includes the employee's social security number, name, type of leave taken, dates leave began and ended, employee and supervisor signature and date signed. All verification required must be attached.
All timesheets must be complete. This includes the employee name, last four of social security number, job title, location, pay period, and the number of hours worked. All timesheets must be signed and dated by the employee and supervisor.
