Instructions for Food Worker Card:

1. Sign In Here

2. Give each student the invoice number: FWC135152. They should then go to the second button that says, Click To Print Test ID, have them enter the whole invoice number above (including the FWC), it will ask them to enter their first and last name and when they submit, the database will automatically assign the next test ID number. They can then go back and click the third button that says Click To Take Food Worker Test.
